Enfinity’s Stardale project acquired by Innergex – Longueuil, Quebec – April 6, 2011
Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Enfinity to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the entity owning the rights to develop Enfinity’s Stardale Solar Project, located in Ontario, Canada.
